A Note About New Client Bodywork Appointments: All of our new client appointments include up to a half an hour of intake time for the therapist to chat with you about your needs, how you use your body, what to expect in your appointment and to answer questions you may have. This time is in addition to the "table time" so, if you book a new client 60 minute session, your overall appointment could be up to 90 minutes but 60 of it will be "on the table"*. This time is included in your appointment so you do not need to arrive early or pay extra**.

Integrative Energy and Bodywork Session (90 Minutes) Cost: $175.00
This custom treatment uses both Swedish massage and energy work (different for different practitioners, contact us for questions) to first relax the mind and body, and then to remove blockages in a client's energetic field. Massage alone is useful in relieving tension on a physical level, however, if the roots of stress include one's emotional, mental, or spiritual fields, energy healing is highly effective in clearing discordant energy on all levels. By using these modalities together, we create an opportunity for both increased comfort in the body, and enduring removal of energetic blocks that affect one's whole being.
Neuromuscular Therapy (60 Minute) Cost: $125.00 for 60 min. & $165 for 90 min.
Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is designed to address and alleviate acute and chronic pain and injury through structurally informed deductive reasoning and specific work on what are frequently called “trigger points.” NMT is also referred to as “trigger point therapy,” “myotherapy,” and “osteopathic massage.” You can expect to receive postural assessment (how you are holding your body in space and how you move), muscle testing, and range of motion measurements when appropriate and pertinent to your concerns. While at times it may be uncomfortable, NMT does not have to be painful in order to be effective. Please note that part of your appointment time will be spent on specific evaluation and assessment of your pain, injury, or discomfort in order to provide targeted treatment.
30 or 60 Minute Scar Tissue Release Cost: $55.00 for 30 min. & $105 for 60 min.
Scar tissue release massage can help lesson the appearance of scars, break up painful adhesions, and assist in restoring mobility to scarred areas of the body. Sessions of scar tissue release massage are surprisingly gentle. A small amount of oil is applied and slow, gentle work on the scar and the surrounding area are done by the practitioner. Often the client can feel changes in the tissue immediately including increased ease of movement and increased sensations of touch and temperature.
*If this is your first scar tissue release massage at Freed, even if you've previously received other massage services, please book a New Client: 60 Minute Scar Tissue Release Massage. All first-time scar tissue release appointments are 60 minute sessions and include up to an additional 30 minutes of complementary intake time. Follow-up sessions can be booked for 30 or 60 minutes.
30 or 60 Minute Reflexology Cost: $55.00 for 30 min. & $105 for 60 min.
60 or 90 Minute Partners Massage Cost: $250.00 for 60 min. & $325 for 90 min.
In this session you and your sweetie will be in the same room receiving massage together from two of our talented therapists. If you would like to receive massage at the same time but do not need to be in the same room, you can book two sessions concurrently for the price of two massages. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. All of our Reiki session as performed by Reiki practitioners who are also Licensed Massage Therapists.
